The business evolved into The Garrett Company, and has been family-owned and operated ever since.     Gavin helps individuals, families, and businesses find the perfect property, all across Middle Tennessee. He has worked with hundreds of people during his 30+ year career. And if you ask him, he'll say that forging these relationships is what he enjoys most about his work.


    Since 1987, Gavin has been living and breathing real estate. A third-generation real estate broker, he comes by this passion naturally. Following in the footsteps of his mother Freda Garrett and grandfather Ray Garrett, Gavin is the owner and principal broker of The Garrett Company.


    Gavin's depth of experience in both residential and commercial transactions, combined with a degree in real estate from the University of Alabama, translates into a level of knowledge and service that comes only through hard work. And a passion for that work.


    Gavin lives with his wife Caitlin and two children in his childhood home place in the Grassland area of Williamson County.


    Gavin also is active in the community, most recently serving as the President of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club and a current committee member of the Franklin Rodeo, a PRCA-sanctioned event produced by the Franklin Noon Rotary Club for more than 70 years.
